Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before trying Family Pill Popper with your household.
Is this medical advice?
No. Family Pill Popper helps you organise information and routines. Follow your prescriber and pharmacist.
Who can see our data?
People you invite into the household, limited by role. Caregivers can be scoped to specific members.
What happens to scans?
We read the photo for you; you check what we found before anything is saved.
Why Google sign-in only?
Fewer passwords to leak; familiar identity for households.
Does it work for pets?
With the pet pack and pet profiles, pets use the same diary and schedules as humans.
Do you sell our data?
No. The product is funded by subscriptions. We do not sell household medication lists to advertisers.
Can we export or delete our data?
Yes. Settings includes export and account deletion flows; deletion is permanent for your account and memberships once confirmed.
What happens if a subscription payment fails?
The household lead updates payment details in their account. Everyone can still view things while we retry the charge; adding seats may wait until payment succeeds.
Where is data hosted?
Production hosts and subprocessors are described in the Privacy policy. Pick regions and vendors that match your GDPR posture before launch.
Can minors use the service?
A responsible adult should create the household and manage invites. Local profiles let you track dependents without giving every child an account.
How accurate is scan extraction?
Extraction assists data entry; humans must confirm. Always verify dose, strength, route, and patient identity against the original document.
What is CIMA and are you affiliated?
CIMA is Spain’s public medicines information database. Family Pill Popper can search it for naming clarity. We are not affiliated with CIMA or the Spanish health service.
